Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and well organised Resident Relations Co-Ordinator to join our team. This office based role is focused on delivering excellent communication and support to residents while our fire safety works are being carried out. You'll act as the key point of contact for residents, ensuring they are fully informed, reassured, and supported throughout the project lifecycle.
Working closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, and Clients, you will help maintain a positive resident experience while ensuring smooth coordination between all stakeholders.
Duties
- Serve as the main contact for residents during passive fire works, providing clear and timely information.
- Manage resident communication via phone, email, and letters, including work notifications, appointment scheduling, and follow-up calls.
- Provide reassurance and support to residents regarding the nature, timing, and purpose of the works.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Site Teams to minimise disruption and address any resident concerns swiftly.
- Maintain accurate records of all resident interactions and correspondence.
- Prepare and issue resident appointment letters, and satisfaction surveys.
- Monitor feedback and escalate any complaints or safeguarding concerns to the relevant managers.
- Support compliance with client communication protocols and data protection requirements.
- Assist with reporting and performance updates relating to resident engagement and satisfaction.
- Promote Infinity Fire Prevention's values of respect, safety, and integrity in all resident interactions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a resident liaison, customer service, or housing support role (essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive conversations calmly and professionally.
- Highly organised with good attention to detail and record keeping.
- Confident working with Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of Passive Fire Protection or fire safety compliance (desirable, but training provided).
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Commitment to delivering an excellent resident experience and upholding social values.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
