The Role...
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Systems Administrator to join our dynamic Enterprise Technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of both on-premise and cloud infrastructures, managing virtualised environments, and supporting enterprise applications. This role will require a strong understanding of cloud management (specifically GCP and AWS), virtualisation, enterprise-level security, and device management. You will also be expected to automate tasks and collaborate with various teams to deliver efficient solutions for a growing, fast-paced business.
Meet the Team...
The team are a driven, professional and courteous group of people who continuously strive to support all Dojo employees. They regularly engage with members from all over the business, from the founders to our payment consultants who promote our Dojo products and platform. Supporting each other is a key part of the team spirit, and someone is always available to help with solving a new problem, mentoring junior team members and sharing specialist knowledge. This is an exciting time to join: with team changes, evolving support processes, and new offices opening, you'll have the chance to shape how things work, not just follow what's been done before.
What You Will Do…
- Manage VMs in a Co-Lo environment, ensure backups, and support FTP/IIS servers.
- Resolve cloud (GCP/AWS) service issues, audit configurations, optimise costs, and manage IAM policies.
- Configure SSO (SAML, OIDC, OAuth), automate provisioning, onboard SaaS apps, and manage access/security.
- Ensure compliance, deploy configuration changes, troubleshoot issues, and conduct security audits.
- Implement DNS records and follow best practices for configuration.
- Support, configure, and troubleshoot SaaS applications for business continuity
- Develop PowerShell/JavaScript scripts to automate tasks and optimise operations.
- Provide 3rd line support, triage tickets, and prioritise user requests.
What You Will Bring…
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role, focusing on cloud infrastructure, virtualisation, and enterprise systems.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically GCP and AWS.
- Deep understanding of IAM strategies, security best practices, and enterprise application management.
- Experience with identity management protocols (SSO: SAML, OIDC, OAuth) and SCIM provisioning.
- Proficiency in device management tools like Intune, Jamf, and PatchManager.
- Familiarity with DNS management, protocols, and tools like OctoDNS.
- Hands-on experience in SaaS application support and troubleshooting for diverse user bases.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell or JavaScript, with a focus on automation.
- Experience with GraphAPI and third-party SaaS APIs for automation.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
