Senior Quantity Surveyor / Managing Consultant – Infrastructure (Water & Utilities)

Thames Valley / South West | £65,000–£80,000 | Flexible Working

Salary Range

  • Senior QS: £65,000 – £72,000
  • Managing Consultant: £72,000 – £80,000

An opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join an independent construction consultancy with a focus on infrastructure. The role suits either a capable Senior QS ready to progress into a Managing Consultant position, or someone already operating at that level.

You'll be delivering infrastructure projects across the Thames Valley and South West regions, ideally within water or utilities. NEC contract experience from both client and contractor perspectives is essential. This is a growth role, with responsibility for building client relationships, managing teams, and supporting the development of new business.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in infrastructure projects; water/utilities sector preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts (client and contractor side)
  • Capable of team leadership and client account growth
  • Ideally available to start within one month

Working Arrangements
