The Team you'll Join

We're looking for a highly organised, analytical problem solver to join our growing Ambassador Team and lead our Sales Operations We've built an incredible community of influencers, creators and public figures who story tell their journey training with Runna and inspire their audiences to give Runna a go As we continue to scale, we're looking for someone to come in and really own the sales operations so that we can continue to grow and evolve the programme. This role will sit in the London HQ, with the team spread across London and Boston, and our Ambassadors spreading across the globe.

What You'll Be Doing

As Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in scaling and future-proofing channel operations so that the team are set up to sign more Ambassadors, faster and more efficiently. You will primarily be responsible for ensuring data integrity, owning the CRM, pipeline and payment platforms, and supporting with analytics and data visualisation. Outside of this, we're a growing team with a tonne going on and would love you to get stuck with wider team priorities also.

We're looking for someone with proven experience in a similar sales operations or related role, who can take a leading role in ensuring our sales operations processes are robust, slick and future-proofed as the programme continues to scale.

As Sales Operations Analyst, your role will include:

  1.  Data Integrity and Tooling (50%)
  • Ensure data integrity across the team's pipeline, CRM and payment platforms
  • Own the relationship with the CRM, finance and other team tooling. You'll also help troubleshoot challenges and fixes
  • Design and implement workflows to speed things up and help the team work more efficiently and
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy and timely execution of payments
 Analytics and Data (35%)
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for the team to support decision-making
  • Assist with forecasting and pipeline management activities to ensure accurate revenue projections
  • Align reporting with company goals and assist the team in tracking against these goals
 Getting stuck in with wider team priorities (15%)
  • We've got a ton going on and want you to get stuck in with wider team priorities also; this could be helping onboard ambassadors, recommending new tooling, streamlining processes linked to gifting and delighting ambassadors etc.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • 2-3 years experience in sales ops, or related roles
  • Highly proficient in CRM tooling in a sales/GTM team environment
  • Highly proficient with data analysis tools such as Google Sheets
  • Experience building no-code automations using tools such as Zapier
  • You're highly organised and efficient with exceptional attention to detail
  • You love solving problems. You excel at identifying opportunities to optimise processes and can support in driving them through to execution.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You can adapt to anything thrown at you and love working out solutions to new challenges thrown your way.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • You're London-based (or able to work in person 2+ days per week),

Bonus points if you have

  • Experience working with Monday CRM
  • Experience managing affiliate payment software (bonus bonus = Everflow)
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup

We're offering a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per year, depending on experience, plus participation in Strava's long-term incentive (stock) programs. Overview of our benefits are below:

Our interview process:

Our aim is to keep the interview process as straightforward and enjoyable as possible, and will consist of the following stages:

  1. Introductory chat with Josh, Talent Associate (25-minute video call)
  2. Take Home Task (~60mins)
  3. Interview with Ashwin (GTM Lead) and Tenika (US Ambassador Lead) (60min video call)
  4. Office Visit (in-person chat with Caitlin - Head of Ambassadors, and the rest of the team) this will be in our London HQ in Vauxhall
