The Senior Email Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of CRM and email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. This role is responsible for delivering high-impact, personalised email campaigns that support lifecycle marketing, commercial moments, and membership communications. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in email marketing, CRM platforms, customer segmentation, and performance analytics to maximise campaign effectiveness and business growth.

Given the specific nature of the position, it is essential that you have a background in hospitality, fashion, or lifestyle brands. This experience is crucial to ensure you are well-equipped to meet the demands and expectations of the role.

This is a hybrid role and will require a minimum of four days per week working onsite at Bicester Village.

What you will be doing

The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy aligned with CRM goals, customer lifecycle stages, and business objectives.
  • Use CRM insights to inform email strategy, customer segmentation, and targeting.
  • Monitor and report on email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and customer lifetime value.
  • Manage CRM and email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred), ensuring optimal use of tools and features.
  • Work closely with teams across Retail, Partnerships, Hospitality, and Personal Shopping to support CRM and email initiatives.

  • 5+ years of experience in email marketing and CRM, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns in hospitality, fashion, or lifestyle brands – this is essential
  • Strong proficiency in email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred) and marketing automation tools
  • Deep understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, segmentation, lifecycle journeys, and A/B testing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
