Duties

  • Assist with processing client transactions, invoices, and payments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Support the sales team by preparing proposals, updating client records, and following up on leads
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
  • Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive client relationships
  • Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office applications to update account information and generate reports
  • Manage cash handling procedures securely during transactions or payments
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions, transactions, and correspondence for easy retrieval
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of services and accurate documentation of all account activities
  • Analyze account data to identify trends or discrepancies that require attention or follow-up
  • Support the onboarding of new clients by collecting necessary documentation and providing clear guidance on processes

Qualifications

  • Multilingual skills are highly desirable; fluency in English is required, with additional languages considered a plus
  • Previous experience in customer support or call center environments is preferred; familiarity with outbound calling is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for effective client interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with solid computer skills for data entry and document management
  • Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism
  • Excellent typing skills for quick and precise data entry tasks
  • Bilingual abilities will enhance your effectiveness in serving diverse clients
  • Experience in sales support or client services roles will be beneficial for understanding customer needs and upselling opportunities
  • Knowledge of call center operations or customer service best practices will contribute to success in this role
  • Strong analysis skills to interpret account data and identify actionable insights
