We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineering Manager to join a growing team and take a leading role in shaping and maintaining excellence across our semiconductor products and processes. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with strong industry experience to drive quality performance, supplier collaboration, and continuous improvement
across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support quality engineering activities across product development and manufacturing within semiconductor environments.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- Partner closely with suppliers in Europe and the Far East, including international travel when required.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and quality frameworks.
- Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and performance.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years post-graduate experience in Quality Engineering within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong working knowledge of JEDEC, AEC, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across all levels of the organisation.
