Bread Meats Bread is an award winning local and independent Scottish burger chain.

We are looking to immediately hire a Senior chef with suitable experience in managing very busy fast-paced kitchen environments for our

90 92 Lothian Road, Edinburgh branch.

We offer flexible hours, good rate of pay, PLUS good tips, sales commission and free meals hours a week.

Senior chef starting wage of £13.00 per hour plus around extra £2-3 per hour in tips as well as great staff food, paid breaks and perks.

Opportunity is there to be part of a great team as well as soon move to further senior roles and build career within Bread Meats Bread.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure high-quality dishes are served.
  • Maintain kitchen safety and hygiene standards to comply with food safety regulations.
  • Lead and manage kitchen staff, providing training and support to enhance culinary skills.
  • Coordinate with team members to streamline food production and service.
  • Ensure efficient kitchen operations while delivering exceptional hospitality to guests.
