Role Overview
As a Team Member, you will work in both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) to ensure smooth operations and great customer experiences. Flexibility and teamwork are key
FOH Responsibilities
- Greeting and serving customers with a warm, positive attitude
- Taking orders accurately
- Preparing chai drinks and assisting at the counter
- Maintaining cleanliness of the customer area
- Handling payments and using the till system
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
BOH Responsibilities
- Supporting kitchen staff with food prep and plating
- Ensuring food quality, consistency, and hygiene
- Stocking, organising, and cleaning kitchen areas
- Following all health & safety and food hygiene standards
- Assisting with deliveries and inventory
We're Looking For
- Friendly, confident team players
- Reliable and punctual individuals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience (FOH or BOH) is beneficial but not essential—training provided
Availability
- Must be available evenings and weekends
- Flexible hours—part-time or full-time
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£12.54 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
Work Location: In person
