• Lead and build our entire PR & marketing division
• Scale a prestige automotive brand across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Work alongside a full-time Videographer/Editor producing high-quality content daily
• Collaborate with a media team already creating premium assets every single day
• Build our founders' personal brand
• Launch and drive a brand new motor trade community

Motor trade PR or marketing experience is highly advantageous,

but we are absolutely open to non motor trade applicants if you are an obsessed, world-class superstar who can prove you are elite.

This role is for the best, not anyone learning on the job.

Your Media Team (Already In Place)

You will not be starting from zero.

You will be joining a fully active, high-performance media engine:

1. Full-Time Videographer & Editor (Your Immediate Partner)

• Exceptionally fast high-quality editing
• Strong storytelling and brand-first creative direction
• Expert in overlay editing (B-roll, web scrolling, cutaways while you speak on screen)
• Obsessed with growth and improvement
• Works beside you daily to execute your strategies

2. Two Full-Time Photographers/Videographers

• Produce all premium car sales imagery and video
• Constant supply of high-end assets

Your Responsibilities PR & Communications

• Build and execute a national PR strategy
• Secure major automotive, lifestyle and business press
• Manage brand messaging and public reputation
• (Motor trade PR experience is a major advantage)

Social Media Domination

• Own the complete content strategy across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
• Plan, script, oversee and optimise high-impact content
• Work directly with the videographer/editor to execute at speed
• Identify trends early and capitalise on them
• Build a content engine that is everywhere, every day

Brand Building

• Develop and elevate Oakdene's brand identity
• Produce consistent premium messaging and visuals
• Build the founders' personal brand into industry leadership

Analytics & Growth

• Create dashboards and reporting systems
• Analyse what works and scale it
• Ensure consistent measurable growth

Motor Trade Community Launch

• Lead the content, PR, messaging and brand identity
• Build hype, trust and authority
• Position Oakdene as a central voice in the motor trade industry
