Job Summary

Oversee the duties and responsibilities of day-to-day Senior Machinist duties as directed below.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing complex CNC machining tasks to produce high-precision components.
  • Setting up machines, selecting tooling, and optimising machining processes.
  • Machining components to
    API standards and Premium Connections specifications
    .
  • Reviewing engineering drawings and advising on production methods.
  • Training and mentoring machinists and trainees.
  • Monitoring machine performance and coordinating maintenance.
  • Assisting the Lead CNC Machinist in planning and coordinating production schedules.
  • Maintaining accurate production records and reporting issues proactively.
  • Promoting health, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in CNC machining and manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machine operation, tooling, and programming (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience machining
    API standards and Premium Connections
    .
  • Proven ability to mentor or train junior staff.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specification.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of quality standards, measurement techniques, and inspection methods.
  • IT literacy (CNC software, MS Office, or workshop management systems).

  • Demonstrate Company leadership, in its expectations, accountabilities and proactiveness in all QHSE matters.
  • Adhere to all QHSE requirements and local site house rules.
  • Participate in all HSE Safety inspections as required.
