About the company

Our client is an established SaaS business with over two decades of innovation in the B2B Martech and analytics area. As they expand their use of AI to enhance insight and automation, they're looking for their first dedicated Product Manager to drive the next evolution of their platform and keep them ahead of market trends.

About the Role

The Product Manager will own the delivery of the product strategy and roadmap, sitting at the intersection of marketing insight, customer feedback and technical development. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll align multiple teams, turn ideas into tangible user stories, and help position the product as best-in-class.

Role Highlights

  • Coordinate and deliver the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring milestones and priorities align with business goals
  • Chair fortnightly planning meetings to manage the backlog and upcoming sprints across functions
  • Work with development to translate requirements into clear user stories in GitLab, using Figma to wireframe new concepts
  • Research market trends, customer feedback and AI-driven opportunities to shape product direction

You Will Need

  • Product SaaS experience (marketing or analytics exposure desirable)
  • You're an engineer or a designer looking to transition to Product
  • Proven skill of having worked on product roadmap delivery, backlog management
  • Good understanding of SaaS architecture, agile development and DevOps tools
  • Excellent communicator able to translate business vision into technical delivery
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience creating designs or wireframes in Figma
