Job Introduction

What You'll Do:
  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across all levels.
  • Lead and coordinate counselling programmes with professionalism and creativity.
  • Support students' academic and personal development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and teaching practices.
  • Monitor student progress and contribute to quality assurance.
  • Participate in curriculum development aligned with industry needs.
What We're Looking For:

Essential:

  • Degree in Counselling
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
  • Recognised post-16 teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards)
  • Experience in the counselling industry and teaching formal programmes
  • Strong IT, communication, and organisational skills
  • Commitment to professional development and reflective practice

Desirable:

  • Experience teaching counselling in Higher Education
  • Full UK Driving License and/or access to a vehicle (if applicable)
