Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Cocktail Bar Staff to join our vibrant Front of House team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve creating cocktails, serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive dining experience.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Creative Cocktail skills would be desirable for the role but training can be given.
• Barista skills would be advantageous
• This role will include floor service and coffee service too.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the bar area.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations when needed.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the till with basic math skills for accurate billing.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations within the restaurant and event space.
• Maintain stock levels by monitoring inventory and assisting with ordering supplies as necessary.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or cocktail bar setting is preferred, showcasing your familiarity with hospitality practices.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Basic math skills for processing payments and managing tabs effectively.
• A passion for serving others and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

• Part-time or full-time hours are available

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.21-£18.79 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
