Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Optical Assistant based in London. The Optical Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in selecting eyewear, and supporting optometrists in conducting eye exams. Additional day-to-day tasks include maintaining inventory, processing transactions, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of customers.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Basic knowledge of Optometry
  • Experience in a retail environment is beneficial
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude
