Clear Path Analysis has established itself as a leading provider of peer-to-peer content media for the institutional finance sector.

, that offer senior executives in the insurance and investment management industry insights into the latest opinions, key trends, and market changes that help key decisions be made and industry evolution happen.

Alongside the two websites, Clear Path Analysis currently organises on an annual basis:

  • 7 bespoke webinars and market studies

Having established a unique style of peer-to-peer content, a model driven by influential industry contributors, the business is seeking to grow and strengthen its portfolio of media to capture market share and consolidate its position as a market leader in the chosen sectors.

Each team member 'owns' their job role and is encouraged to share thoughts on how to develop their own tasks and responsibilities in line with company aims and be part of an open structure to help forge the business's future. Overview of Role

The Partner Development Manager (PDM) will work alongside the company Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to help expand the number of clients associated with our events, particularly a flagship event taking place in London. The PDM will also manage warm relationships in the UK and continental Europe.

For the role to be successful, it needs to be filled by a candidate with established sales pedigree, who has a well-developed consultative sales approach, who's keen to take initiative and work reliably, independently.

The role involves getting in touch with C-suite and senior management professionals, mostly marketing, business development and senior management, in the areas of asset management, banking, and financial technology. Therefore, experience and comfort in working with these areas is key.

The role is suitable for someone with an established record selling advertising or sponsorship ranging from £5,000 - £60,000 and with sales targets in excess of £150,000 during the duration of the engagement.

The candidate will report into the CEO.

Key duties of the role

● Actively selling on one main event and three side events, plus identifying opportunities to generate revenue for any media channel across the business

● Follow-up inbound leads and sourcing new leads within existing clients / prospects

● Sourcing sales leads from a variety of sources

● Managing client relationships across the life of an event

The ideal candidate

● Have worked either within an institutional financial service, investment sector, FinTech, or fund services media role for at least 18 – 24 months

● Will be adept at selling sponsorship packages and have at least two years doing so. Experience in other B-2-B industries will also be considered.

● Have a consultative style of selling

● Be able to demonstrate a strong track record in establishing strong sales relationships with top tier companies in their field, showing a passion for industry knowledge and self-learning of their customer profile.

● Have a proven record of accomplishment in hitting sales targets

● Be creative in their thinking and flexible to working on a variety of projects focussed on very different subjects

● Be highly organised – we operate a clear and well-oiled reporting and administration management process that everyone is expected to work within
