Three evenings per week 6pm - 10pm (& alternate weekends)

Carers are the beating hearts of Home Instead. With a supportive team behind them, they help our elderly clients to live safely in their own homes where they feel most comfortable. We are looking for an organised and caring individual with exceptional communication skills.

Job Description

Your role would include helping clients with tasks such as:

  • Help with washing & dressing
  • Shopping & meal preparation
  • Prompting with medication
  • Support with daily routines
  • Respite services
  • Socialising and leisure activities
  • Helping clients access the community
  • Helping with personal care 
Qualifications

What's on offer

  • £13 – 14.15 per hour (double pay over bank holidays)
  • 34p mileage 
  • Out of hours number so you can get support any time of the day

  • Care Certifications and ongoing training

  • A driving licence and access to your own vehicle, for most roles
  • Authorisation to live and work in the UK

We require Care Assistants to cover:

  • Bromley
  • Orpington
  • Petts Wood
  • Chislehurst
  • West Wickham 
  • Beckenham

Of course, your milage will be covered between client visits
