What success looks like in your first 6 months
- Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs to live with dignity, independence, and choice
- Building strong, trusting relationships with service users, families, and colleagues

- Growing in confidence with moving and handling, including supporting wheelchair users with hoists
- Taking part in community activities such as arts and crafts, karaoke, pub lunches, or cheering at a football match

About you
- Experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, Carer, or Healthcare Assistant (essential)
- Confidence supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviour
- Flexible and reliable, able to work a rolling rota including weekends
- A caring, patient nature with a good sense of humour
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to service location and community access needs)
