Our client, a global and well-established payment processing provider, is looking for an experienced Sales and Partnerships Manager to join their Merchant Acquiring Sales department.

With over 10 years of proven track record, the company powers payment infrastructure for more than 2,000 clients—including PSPs, banks, and online/offline merchants—processing close to €1 billion in transactions annually. As a licensed financial institution and  Principal Member of Visa and Mastercard, the company offers a wide range of cutting-edge solutions: from card acquiring and alternative payment methods to white-label issuing, gateway technology, and end-to-end processing.

They are expanding their commercial team and seek a results-driven sales professional to actively promote their card acquiring services and alternative payment methods. This role focuses on engaging e-commerce merchants, partners, and institutions across the EU and UK to drive business growth and strengthen brand presence in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:
  • Effectively sell card acquiring and alternative payment solutions to merchants, partners, and institutions;
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and alternative payment methods;
  • Confidently articulate company's service benefits to help customers optimize their payment acceptance and business outcomes;
  • Promote and enhance the company's brand awareness and reputation within the fintech and payments industry;
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build and maintain a strong professional network;
  • Identify and pursue new market development opportunities to drive growth;
  • Maintain accurate sales records and CRM data with high attention to detail.
 Requirements:
  • Proven experience in selling various payment methods and/or fintech solutions to e-commerce merchants;
  • Advanced knowledge of payments and e-commerce industry;
  • Business-fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills; additional languages are a plus;
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to CRM and sales documentation;
  • Proactive and self-motivated with strong relationship-building skills.
