Due to our continued growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for Mobile cleaning supervisor .

We are seeking a dedicated mobile cleaning supervisor to join our team. As a mobile cleaning supervisor ,Your attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service will contribute to creating a clean and welcoming environment for our clients.

30 hrs/ week. Early Mornings /Back shift to suit business needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fill in for staff on holiday or sick leave
  • Perform additional cleaning tasks as needed
  • Conduct staff training sessions
  • Perform audit checks to ensure quality standards are met
  • Manage stock drops efficiently
  • Needed to work around Lanarkshire area

Duties :

The ideal candidate will have previous Driving and cleaning and supervisor experience. They will have good communication skills, be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude and they will be able to work to a schedule on their own initiative. Covering Lanarkshire ,Van provided.

You will be responsible for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning. You will ensure that the cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules while following the correct Health & Safety procedures by providing technical training as and when required. You will deal with any issues efficiently and in a professional manner, referring to line operations manager where appropriate

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
