Location: Leicester with hybrid working Salary: £30,000-£32,000pa We are looking for someone to join our Operations team to manage all payments and transactions, undertaking required verification and authorisation, accurately and within required timescales. This would include the daily completion of bank account reconciliations.
You would support wider treasury and financial management and ensure full compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements and appropriate the Banks policies.
You would also manage and record all complaints in accordance with the Banks policies, processes and required regulations, as well as providing support across the team as work volumes require.

About you
For this role you will need the following skills and experience:
- Knowledge of appropriate policies and regulations, including Conduct Risk, Treating Customers Fairly, Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorism Financing, and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme
- System testing and enhancements experience, including identifying and reporting any errors, issues, or potential improvements; and participating in user acceptance testing.
- Knowledge of relevant payment processes and banking systems
- Proven customer service skills and experience
- High level numeracy and literacy skills
- Previous experience within the financial services sector is desirable.
