Orkis Group Ltd is a dynamic and growing property management company dedicated to providing high-quality supported living environments for vulnerable adults. We are currently seeking a proactive and reliable Handy man to join our team in Milton Keynes.
Key Responsibilities
- General labour and site clean-up
- General property repairs and maintenance
- Assisting skilled tradespeople with materials and tools
- Loading and unloading equipment
- Minor plumbing repairs (leaks, taps, toilets, radiators)
- Painting, decorating & surface preparation
- Basic electrical tasks (e.g., replacing fittings or sockets – if qualified)
- Garden and outdoor maintenance where required
- Driving between sites to deliver or collect materials
Requirements:
- Proven experience in general maintenance/handyman work
- Basic plumbing and carpentry skills
- Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
