Job Description

We are looking for an experienced
SAP ECP (Employee Central Payroll) Consultant
with strong hands-on configuration and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and configuration support for
    SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
  • Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve complex payroll defects related to
    schemas, rules & functions
  • Work closely with EC, Payroll, HR, and Integration teams
  • Lead workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into system solutions
  • Ensure end-to-end data flow between
    EC ⇆ ECP
  • Support parallel testing, cutover, and go-live activities

Required Experience

  • 10+ years
    overall experience
  • 5+ years
    in
    SAP Payroll
    (on-prem / ECP)
  • 4+ years
    hands-on with
    SuccessFactors ECP
  • Strong experience with:
  • Payroll Schemas
  • PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules)
  • Off-cycle payroll
  • Retro-calculations
  • Replication monitoring
  • Experience in
    EC ECP Integration
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving ability

Good to Have

  • SAP EC Certification
  • Experience working with UK Payroll (advantage but not mandatory)
  • Experience supporting multi-country payroll
  • S4/HANA HR knowledge
