Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and CoPilot

As a
Business Development Manager
, you will be key in
shaping business solutions
and in
driving customer success
. With a focus on identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting bespoke digital transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective
    sales and business development strategies
    to identify and target potential clients.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, market research, and proactive outreach.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand business needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to scope, design, and present
    bespoke Microsoft solutions
    (D365, Power Platform, CoPilot, etc.).
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial engagement to contract closure.
  • Achieve growth targets and contribute to the company's overall sales strategy.

About You:

  • 4+ years experience as a
    Business Development Manager
    within the
    Microsoft ecosystem
    (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, CoPilot).
  • Expertise in developing new business and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business challenges into technology solutions.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and collaborative.
