  • Role : Student Success Tutor

We are hiring for one of our prime clients. This role supports students throughout their learning journey by providing academic guidance, proactive support, and consistent monitoring to help them stay engaged and successful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect support to assigned student groups
  • Identify at-risk students early and create tailored support plans
  • Guide students on academic performance, attendance, submissions, and organisational skills
  • Collaborate with faculty and other teams to triage student issues
  • Maintain accurate follow-up on student cases and ensure support is in place

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in student support, academic coaching, or FE/HE environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage conflict, build rapport, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible to support occasional evening/weekend schedules
  • Passion for student success and continuous improvement
