Shift and schedule: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm plus two Saturdays per month (with additional Saturday overtime available in peak summer months)

We're now looking for an experienced Property Inspector (Inventory Clerk) to join our team in the South West London and Surrey areas.

The role at a glance

You'll be responsible for inspecting rental properties and preparing detailed reports at key stages of the tenancy lifecycle. This is a full-time employed position with a mix of fieldwork and reporting.

Day-to-day duties include:

· Compiling inventories for new tenancies, documenting condition and contents.

· Conducting check-ins and completing key handovers for new tenants.

· Carrying out mid-term inspections, noting ongoing condition and maintenance issues.

· Conducting check-outs, recording the property's condition at tenancy end.

· Using tablet-based technology to dictate findings, upload photos and create professional reports.

· Liaising with agents, landlords and tenants, representing SRP professionally at all times.

What we're looking for:

· Previous experience as an inventory clerk is essential.

· High standard of written English, fluent spoken English, and excellent attention to detail.

· Strong IT skills and confidence using mobile technology.

· Reliable, professional and self-managed – able to work independently in the field.

· A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
