They value innovation, professional integrity and delivering outcomes that exceed expectations.
The Role
As a GIS Consultant, you will be a key member of our spatial-analysis team, bringing your expertise in geographic information systems to support environmental projects across sectors (e.g., infrastructure, property & regeneration, minerals & waste, renewable energy). You will work closely with ecologists, hydrologists, engineers and planning professionals to deliver high quality spatial data products, visualisations and analysis that inform project decisions.

- Stay abreast of emerging GIS technologies, workflows (e.g., Python/R scripting, automation, GIS in cloud) and integrate best practices into our workflows.
- Support business development: prepare sample maps and spatial visuals, contribute to marketing/technical proposals and help raise the profile of our GIS capability.

- Self-motivated, organised, with attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks/priorities.
- Collaborative mindset – comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team and liaising externally with clients/partners.
Desirable:
- Experience with scripting/automation tools (Python, R, ModelBuilder) in a GIS environment.

- Opportunity to take ownership of GIS workflows, contribute to shaping and growing the GIS team and service offering.
- Salary reflecting experience, plus perks/benefits (such as training & development, flexible working, travel/time-in-lieu for site visits).
- Exposure to a broad range of environmental consultancy work: you'll gain hands-on experience across ecology, hydrology and infrastructure.
