Principal Data Scientist

London (Hybrid) | Full-Time

Data science is at the heart of how decisions are made and how customer experiences are shaped. This
Advanced Analytics team
is scaling to deliver actionable insights, predictive intelligence, and AI-driven solutions that transform customer lifecycles, enhance profitability, and elevate customer experiences.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver
    high-quality, actionable insights
    through advanced analytics and predictive algorithms.
  • Design and implement
    data science roadmaps
    with key stakeholders across marketing, retention, service, and finance.
  • Build and deploy
    scalable, cloud-based analytics solutions
    in collaboration with technology and data engineering teams.
  • Apply advanced methodologies including
    forecasting, predictive modelling, optimisation, clustering, NLP, Generative AI, and Reinforcement Learning
    .
  • Translate business objectives into analytical solutions, testing and measuring value creation.
  • Help shape and strengthen the data science practice by
    driving innovation, mentoring talent, and building world-class capabilities
    .

What you'll bring:

  • Expertise in
    machine learning
    (supervised/unsupervised, regression, decision trees, random forests, boosting, clustering).
  • Strong experience in
    Python, TensorFlow, SQL
    , and deploying models in cloud environments (B2C scale preferred).
  • Proven track record in applying data science for
    commercial value creation
    .
  • Ability to solve business problems through advanced analytics and communicate insights effectively.
  • Experience deploying
    deep learning
    solutions with structured and unstructured data (desirable).
