As Evolve continues to grow, we're looking for confident, people-focused individuals to join our Customer Experience Hub as a Customer Experience Advisor. Our customers have already expressed interest. Your job is to answer simple questions, explain the process clearly, and book their in-person Home Energy Assessment.

Many customers qualify for fully or partially funded home upgrades. You'll help check eligibility and guide them through the next steps.

Please note: occasional weekend work may be required, depending on customer demand or campaign peaks.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Responding to inbound leads and enquiries with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
  • Booking Home Energy Assessments for interested customers.
  • Checking funding eligibility during calls and supporting customers through the process.
  • Occasionally managing incoming calls and directing them to the right teams quickly and accurately.

  • Excellent communication skills someone who can connect naturally with people.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
  • Comfortable using digital systems to manage bookings and check customer eligibility.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, shifts to include 8-4/ 9-5/ 10-6 (with occasional weekend work if required)
