Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Model Booker, located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Model Booker will be responsible for managing and coordinating talent bookings for campaigns, responding to client queries, and managing casting requirements. Key responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for new collaborations, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and talent. Additionally, the Model Booker will support talent in their career development and assist in the growth of the agency's talent portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and talent
• Organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple bookings and schedules simultaneously
• Experience or knowledge in casting, talent management, or the modelling industry
• Proficiency in negotiation and problem-solving skills to reach mutually beneficial solutions
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work setting
• Familiarity with social media trends and influencer marketing is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is preferred but not required
