Retail Specialist Vacancies - Makeup, Skincare, Fragrance and Liquor.

36T is looking for great candidates to become part of our Retail Specialist Team.

We work with various luxury travel retail brands within and outside the World Duty Free Store.

Below are the key skills and responsibilities we are looking for in your application.

Please note you are not required to have experience in every area, the right attitude to developing your skills and working as a team is the priority

Skills & Experience

  • Retail or Experiential work experience
  • Confidence dealing with the public in a customer facing capacity
  • Good Communication skills, good spoken and written English (reporting is required)
  • Additional languages welcomed but not a necessity
  • Reliable and conscientious, with good time keeping
  • Brand experience in any of the following fields
  • Beauty
  • Fragrance
  • Liquor
  • Confectionary
  • Accessories (e.g., sunglasses jewellery, handbags)

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Excellent & Proactive Customer Service

Driving sales and customer conversion

Brand awareness engaging Customers in the story of the product (training provided)

Sampling delivery

Shifts Times and Availability

Shifts are a minimum of 6 hours with various start and finish times based on the Airport operating hours.

E.g. Gatwick & Stansted start times are between 4am & 6am with Heathrow generally starting between 6am & 8am.

The retail specialist vacancy offers flexible working; however, some weekend availability is required.

We have hours to accommodate both full and part time availability but are looking for staff who can work a minimum of 3 shifts week.

Pay Rate £ p/h

Payment Weekly

Contract Zero Hours
