IT Systems Engineer

Are you a proactive, detail-oriented IT professional ready to make a real impact? We're looking for an   
IT Systems Engineer

to support and maintain our internal network and infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations across the business.

As an IT Systems Engineer, you'll be part of a collaborative team where your technical expertise will help drive efficiency and innovation. You'll work with a mix of office-based and remote users, providing 1st and 2nd line support and exploring opportunities to integrate AI-driven tools and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Maintain and administer computer networks, systems software, and hardware

·       Set up new starters and conduct IT inductions

·       Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

·       Implement network security measures and perform data backups

·       Support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Syspro, SQL databases, and data integration

·       Assist with AI-powered tools and automation initiatives

Requirements:

·       Strong understanding of network infrastructure and hardware

·       Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V

·       Network security knowledge

·       Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

·       Experience with Syspro, SQL, VB scripting, Power BI

·       
Exposure to AI tools and automation platforms
