A Multi Trader (or Multi-Skilled Tradesperson) is responsible for carrying out a wide range of repairs, maintenance, and improvement tasks across residential, commercial, or industrial properties. *Key Responsibilities*

* Complete scheduled and reactive maintenance tasks efficiently and safely.

* Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards.

* Maintain accurate documentation of work completed, materials used, and time spent.

* Communicate effectively with tenants, clients, or site managers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction with completed work.

* Identify opportunities for improvements or additional repairs to maintain the property's condition.

* Use and maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles responsibly.

Skills & Qualifications

* Proven experience in multiple trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, painting, plastering, tiling, electrical basics).

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

* Good communication and customer-service abilities.

* Ability to read technical drawings or job specifications.

* Knowledge of relevant health and safety standards.

* Full driving licence (often required).

* Professional certifications in any trade are a plus.

* Reliable, organized, and proactive.

* High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

* Flexible and adaptable to a varied workload.

* Strong time-management skills.
