As a Conveyancing Legal Secretary, you'll be the backbone of the legal team, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include audio typing, managing correspondence, preparing legal documents, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate records. Your efficiency and attention to detail will be crucial in facilitating the team's success.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Duties

• Manage and organise legal documents and correspondence
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
• Prepare and format legal documents and reports
• Maintain and update client records and case files
• Liaise with clients and other professionals in a courteous manner

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in a Legal Secretary role
• Some experience in Residential Conveyancing preferred but not essential
