Job Overview

We're a friendly, locally run bar looking for welcoming and energetic Bar Staff to join our team. If you've got cocktail experience, great – but if not so much, we'll provide full training for the right person. What matters most is a great personality, positive attitude, and a genuine love for working with people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails (training provided)
  • Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organised
  • Take orders accurately and process payments
  • Support team members during busy periods
  • Follow hygiene and safety standards
  • Help out during events or private functions
  • Ensure every customer leaves happy

What We're Looking For

  • Friendly, reliable, and approachable personality
  • Bar Experience minimum 1 year
  • Cocktail knowledge is a plus- extra training provided
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to stay calm and upbeat during busy shifts
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Someone who takes pride in providing great service
