About the Role

We're looking for a talented and passionate Barista & Bartender to join our all-day coffee, bar and golf venue on Lonsdale Road— a vibrant space that celebrates great coffee, great drinks, and great (indoor) golf.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same — from crafting specialty coffee in the morning to shaking cocktails at sunset. If you thrive in a sociable, creative environment and love delivering exceptional service, this could be your perfect next move.

What You'll Be Doing

Coffee & Daytime Service

  • Prepare and serve top-quality coffee with consistency and care.
  • Operate and maintain espresso machines and brewing equipment.
  • Keep the coffee bar spotless, stocked, and full of good vibes.
  • Provide warm, genuine service to every guest.
  • Help the team during busy periods, including event support and general front-of-house duties.

Bar & Evening Service

  • Mix and serve cocktails, wines, beers, and low/no-alcohol drinks to high standards.
  • Maintain full knowledge of both coffee and bar menus, including seasonal specials.
  • Ensure quality, presentation, and speed of service stay on point — every time.
  • Keep the bar clean, safe, and compliant with all regulations.
  • Support with opening and closing procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Barista in a specialty or high-volume setting.
  • Bar or cocktail experience within a hospitality venue.
  • Solid understanding of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art.
  • Calm under pressure, confident in a busy service, and a great communicator.
  • A team player who takes pride in their work and presentation.
  • Genuine passion for both coffee and drinks culture — eager to learn, grow, and contribute ideas.
