Pearn Kandola LLP are one of the world's leading diversity and inclusion consultancies. We believe all businesses should embrace the power of difference. That's why diversity and inclusion is at the heart of everything we do, and our expertise in this area covers the entire employee journey.
Based in Oxford yet working world-wide with clients from every sector of industry, we have a team of outstanding employees and a strong associate network. Through every project we help businesses understand the value of difference so that they can be more inclusive, more inspired, and more successful. A diverse workforce can play a vital role in inspiring businesses to achieve any objective. We help our clients to embrace difference, whether that be in ethnicity, gender or working style, and use it as a springboard to go out and do greater things.
The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Product Marketeer who understands modern SaaS marketing and can support the growth of our B2C product, while also contributing to the product marketing activities for our B2B platform.
This is a practical, delivery-focused role with space to shape and influence. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing and Head of Digital to bring campaigns, launches and product stories to life across both markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the development and delivery of the product marketing strategy across both B2B and B2C products.
- Create and maintain value propositions, messaging frameworks and positioning for different audience segments.
- Contribute to go-to-market plans and deliver campaigns for new features, releases and product launches.
- Deliver the B2C growth plan, including landing pages, funnel building, onboarding flows and conversion optimisation.
- Manage day-to-day digital acquisition activity across paid ads, organic content, social channels, SEO and partnerships.
- Improve trial-to-paid conversions through product-led growth initiatives and continual optimisation.
- Run A/B tests, experiments and lifecycle campaigns to improve messaging, performance and user engagement.
- Translate learning and development content into clear, commercially relevant product stories.
- Drive consistent branding and product storytelling across all channels and touchpoints.
Person specification:
- Experience marketing SaaS products, ideally across both B2B and B2C.
- Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, product-led growth and digital analytics.
- Experience contributing to go-to-market plans and supporting product launches.
- Ability to produce high-quality product marketing content (web copy, landing pages, emails, social, scripts, messaging).
- Able to translate complex topics into clear, accessible and engaging messages.
- Experience with SEO strategy and/or paid media campaigns.
Rewards
- £30,000 to £35,000 per annum depending on experience
- Company performance bonus
- Pension Scheme (10% company contribution) with Life Insurance Cover
- Private health Insurance or health & wellbeing allowance
- Employee Assistance programme
- 30 days annual holiday plus paid community day and personal enrichment day.
- A friendly, inclusive and flexible work environment.
