Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of beauty treatments, including makeup application, eyelash extensions, and deep tissue massage.
• Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for clients, ensuring high standards of hygiene and organisation.
• Engage with clients through social media management to promote services and enhance brand visibility.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client needs and preferences effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences and high-quality service delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide innovative services.

Experience

• Proven experience in the beauty industry is preferred, with skills in makeup application, eyelash extensions, and deep tissue massage being highly desirable.
• Previous experience in front desk management or guest services is an advantage.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive atmosphere for clients.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for promotional purposes is beneficial.
• A background in barbering or hospitality would be an asset but is not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
