In the position of
Senior Commercial Finance Manager
, you'll play a key role in driving financial performance, planning, and decision-making across various stakeholders. This is a highly commercial focused Finance role, trusted business partner to non-finance teams, providing clear financial insights with the ability to challenge performance and delivery.

This is a highly visible, business-facing role that suits someone who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, with the confidence to analyse, challenge, and influence decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a Senior finance business partner to senior commercial stakeholders, supporting performance improvement and informed decision-making.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of margin drivers, including pricing and promotional activity.
  • Deliver financial insight and support commercial teams to develop robust business cases.
  • Provide constructive challenge and drive accountability for financial outcomes.
  • Manage, Support and coach team members, helping to build commercial and financial capability across the business.

Experience & Skills

  • Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with proven commercial business partnering experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insight.
  • Commercially aware and strategically minded, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
