Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our front-of-house team. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will be confident, friendly, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent and efficient table service from greeting to farewell
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
  • Deliver food and drinks promptly and ensure quality presentation
  • Handle guest requests and resolve complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
  • Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience
  • Follow hygiene, health, and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a waiter/waitress, ideally in a high-volume or upscale setting
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage, including wine and cocktails
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work in a team
  • High attention to detail and a passion for customer service
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of POS systems (e.g., Toast, Square, or similar) preferred
