The Role
As an
Account Manager
, you'll play a key role in growing revenue across
enterprise and lower-enterprise clients
, managing inbound leads while driving channel relationships.
You'll combine
technical know-how
with commercial acumen — from giving demos to building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and channel accounts.
- Convert inbound leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Deliver product demos and articulate technical solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Work closely with partners in a channel-led sales model (80% channel, 20% direct).
- Travel occasionally to client sites to support relationships and close deals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.
About You
- Proven track record in
Account Management / Sales
within
cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, or tech. - Strong
technical understanding
— able to confidently discuss solutions with clients and partners. - Experience managing
enterprise or lower-enterprise accounts. - Comfortable with both direct and channel sales environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
The Offer
- £50,000 – £60,000 base salary.
- Uncapped commission structure – 10% of revenue
(OTE typically double base, but no ceiling). - Hybrid working
– 2–3 days per week in modern offices near
Farnborough
, with travel to client sites as needed. - Backing and support from
