Rayan Facilities Management Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Mobile Cleaner/Supervisor to join our team in Leeds/Cross Green. This role offers £30,000 per year, working 42 hours per week, with weekend and evening work required.

In this role, you will oversee cleaning quality standards, provide training, and conduct inductions for new staff. If you have a strong work ethic and leadership skills, we'd love to hear from you

Duties

  • Conduct quality checks to ensure cleaning standards are met across various sites.

  • Deliver training and inductions for new cleaning staff.

  • Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming when needed.

  • Supervise cleaners to maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

  • Manage cleaning supply usage and ensure proper storage.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction.

  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
