Experienced and professional Parts Advisor required for an established busy multi franchised main dealership in Warwick.

This Parts Advisors role is integral & key to the success of the Unity Automotive Group, and as such, demands the highest levels of professionalism and customer service.

Grays of Warwick is looking to hire an experienced and enthusiastic Parts Advisor.

As a Parts Advisor, you must demonstrate a hunger for success, you will display excellent customer service skills, be motivated to exceed your targets whilst ensuring the quality of service is not comprised. You will need a keen eye for detail, have drive, energy and commitment to seek every possible sales & profit opportunity.

Being able to work in a busy and pressurised environment, adapting to meet all customers' needs and meet strict deadlines is a must.

You will need a proven track record in the automotive parts environment, must hold a full driving license, be a committed individual and a great team player.

Extensive manufacturer training and career progression is offered.

Parts Advisor position involves:

  • Establishing customers' needs for required parts through conversations, diagnosis and recommendations as appropriate;
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to external and internal customers;
  • Receiving, recording and allocating parts and consumables from suppliers;
  • Reporting any stock damages or losses;
  • Assisting parts stock checks;
  • Liaising and maintaining a brilliant working relationship with the manufacturer;
  • Being fully conversant with procedures within the parts department;
  • Maintaining and updating displays as per manufacturer requirements.
  • Communicating relevant promotions and offers to customers;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,500.00-£28,500.00 per year
