SEAT/ CUPRA Service Technician

Salary: £37,500 OTE

(£32,000 basic salary + realistic efficiency-based bonus £4,500 which is uncapped + end of year bonus £1,000.)

Responsibilities include:

  • Car repairs and servicing
  • Diagnostics
  • MOT testing
  • Highlighting up-selling opportunities
  • Completing work in a timely and efficient manner
  • Working alongside a team

  • Working alongside and providing support to the aftersales team

Training Opportunity:

We can offer you fantastic training and progression opportunities. Service Technician roles can progress to be a Diagnostic Technician and then further train to become a Master Technician. Each level will achieve an increase in the renumeration package.

Individuals can also train to become a High Voltage Expert from Diagnostic qualified onwards, which will also increase the basic numeration.

Service Technician roles can also train to become specialists in certain areas such as air condition or power transmission.

About You

We are looking for someone who has experience as a motor vehicle technician, weather you have worked in a non-franchise business or another brand franchise.

If you already have a mechanical background and an efficient approach to completing tasks then we want to hear from you

You will have a strong attention to detail, great communication with your team and colleagues and embrace new technologies.
