Due to continued growth, we have a number of new opportunities for skilled Warehouse Operatives to join us, working at our National Distribution Centre, currently in Portbury but relocating to Severn Beach in the second half of 2026.

We are looking for people who have a flexible and 'can do' attitude and enjoy working as part of a team. Some warehouse experience would be beneficial but is not essential and full training will be provided.

The Role:

Our Warehouse Operatives ensure that all goods and materials travel smoothly through the Warehouse from delivery to dispatch.

Key tasks include:

  • Assisting in the unloading of vehicles.
  • Ensuring goods are palletised, wrapped and moved into the warehouse for storage.
  • Ensuring incoming goods are checked off and the relevant paperwork is completed.
  • Replenishment of pick locations from bulk stock, which is to include some Forklift Truck work, but mainly manual moving of goods from pallets onto pick shelves, ensuring that all stock is put in the correct location.
  • Picking of orders.
  • Packing and dispatching of orders.

Our Shift Patterns:

A weekly rotating shift pattern with 2 twenty-minute paid breaks per shift:

Week 1: Mon – Thurs 6am – 2pm, Fri 6am – 1pm

Week 2: Mon – Thurs 2pm – 10pm, Fri 1pm – 8pm

Salary and benefits:
