Founding AI Engineer

Salary: $160k-$210k + Equity

Job Description:
Develop and scale the core audit product, building and launching features that enable customers to replace manual work with agentic AI. Take ownership of end-to-end AI workflows, from data processing to deployment, and contribute to product direction by balancing customer feedback with long-term product health.

What you will do:

  • Develop and scale the core audit product, building and launching agentic AI features.

  • Contribute to product strategy, balancing customer feedback with long-term product health.

  • Experienced AI Engineer with a track record of building, launching, and scaling agentic systems.

  • Combines research curiosity with engineering pragmatism, thriving in autonomy and ambiguity.

  • Enjoys building impactful products, taking end-to-end ownership, and delivering high-impact solutions.
