As a Guillotine Operator, you will use your expertise to create perfectly stitched books and large, high-quality posters for our diverse range of clients. As a Dispatch Operator, you'll ensure that products are thoroughly checked and packed to the highest standards.

This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential. You'll be part of a collaborative team that ensures customers receive their products on time and in perfect condition, playing an integral role in upholding our reputation for quality and reliability.

  • Temporary contract ending 12th December 2025. For the right candidate there is an opportunity to make this a permanent role

We operate a DuPont/Continental shift pattern, which is a 24/7 rotating schedule designed to provide continuous coverage while ensuring regular time off.

  • Shifts rotate between 12:15-hour day and night shifts.
  • The pattern runs over a 4-week cycle, giving a balance of work and rest.
  • Typically, you'll work 3 or 4 consecutive shifts, followed by several days off.
  • Over the cycle, this results in an average of 42.87 hours per week.
  • The schedule includes a 7-day rest period once every 4 weeks.

Example 4-week rotation:

  • Week 1: 4 night shifts, 3 days off
  • Week 2: 3 day shifts, 1 day off, 3 night shifts
  • Week 3: 3 days off, 4 day shifts
  • Week 4: 7 days off

  • Work independently in a busy, physical, and active environment.

  • Ability to work an 8 hour shifts.
  • Support your team during busy periods, being flexible and adaptable when needed.
  • Basic/Good PC skills.

Bluetree's combined office, production, and training facilities are in Wath Upon Dearne, which is close to Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, and Doncaster. Our state-of-the-art 165,000 square foot facility is just a 15-minute drive from either the M1 or A1M and boasts ample free on-site parking, the facility is also located on a major bus rout,e which is just a few minutes away from the train stations of Mexborough, Swinton, and Wombwell.
