What you'll be doing

  • Developing and testing AI agents that make work faster, smarter, and simpler for teams across Compare the Market.
  • Supporting the build of our agentic software delivery platform -The Hive, creating AI systems that reason, plan, and act safely within our technology environment.
  • Building tools and pipelines that ensure our AI systems are secure, ethical, and high performing.

What we're looking for:

  • A recent graduate with a minimum of a 2:1 degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related discipline (or a final-year student on track to achieve a 2:1).
  • Solid programming fundamentals, ideally in Python or TypeScript.
  • Curiosity about how AI can be applied safely in real systems, not just research.
  • An experimental mindset. You enjoy learning, iterating, and measuring results.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills; comfortable collaborating across teams.
