We're seeking a dedicated Contracts Administrator to support our Contracts Manager and engineering team. You'll play a key part in ensuring our contracts process runs smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee contracts administration for a portfolio of sites
  • Handle incoming requests & callouts via phone/email
  • Issue purchase orders & coordinate with subcontractors/suppliers
  • Ensure health & safety documentation is current
  • Schedule engineering staff weekly
  • Prepare invoicing documentation & regular reports
  • Input all works into our IBMS system
  • Assist the Contracts Manager with admin tasks & report compilation
