We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional contracts administration and project support across a diverse portfolio of sites. We're looking for a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders.
We're seeking a dedicated Contracts Administrator to support our Contracts Manager and engineering team. You'll play a key part in ensuring our contracts process runs smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee contracts administration for a portfolio of sites
- Handle incoming requests & callouts via phone/email
- Issue purchase orders & coordinate with subcontractors/suppliers
- Ensure health & safety documentation is current
- Schedule engineering staff weekly
- Prepare invoicing documentation & regular reports
- Input all works into our IBMS system
- Assist the Contracts Manager with admin tasks & report compilation

- Excellent communication, both verbal and written
- Ability to multi‑task and prioritise under pressure
- Comfortable working with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Proficiency with databases/system input
