Project Manager urgently required for an initial 3-month contract with a leading Wealth Manager based in Swindon.

This is a hybrid role (2 days / week on site), deemed inside IR35 and offers a rate between £550-£650 / day.

The focus is firmly on
Operational Scalability
and enhancing the
Adviser / Client
experience. You will lead key technology and process improvement initiatives to ensure advisers submit client business accurately and efficiently, improve how adviser queries are captured and resolved, strengthen adviser self-service through improved knowledge bases and portal content, and support the selection and implementation of SaaS solutions that optimise operations and elevate the adviser journey.

To be considered, candidates must demonstrate the following:

  • Excellent project / programme management skills
  • Wealth Management / Advisory background
  • Proven delivery of Operational Scalability initiatives
  • Experience improving Adviser / Client experience
  • Strong exposure to Change & Technology projects, including SaaS evaluation and rollout
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
  • Robust governance and risk management knowledge
  • High energy, adaptable style, with the ability to deliver at pace while embedding sustainable change

This is a superb opportunity for a customer-centric Project Manager with a strong track record of driving Operational Scalability and Adviser / Client experience improvements within a fast-paced environment. You will guide and coach teams to deliver high-quality change to time and budget, while collaborating closely with key stakeholders and partners to implement scalable, long-lasting improvements.

Please note: only applicants with proven experience delivering adviser / client-focused initiatives within Wealth Management / Advisory and a background in Operational Scalability will be considered.

This is an initial 3-month contract, based flexibly from Swindon, offering up to £650/day (inside IR35).
